Technology/Digital Support & Training – $45/hour

Get one-on-one, patient support with smartphones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, email setup, internet troubleshooting, online portals, fraud prevention, video calls, and more. This appointment is ideal if you need guidance, troubleshooting, or help getting comfortable with new technology.

What happens during this service:

  • We identify the issue or goal
  • Work step-by-step at your pace
  • Ensure you feel confident before we leave
  • Provide follow-up notes when needed

Mail & Paperwork Organization – $35/hour

Support for sorting, organizing, and managing physical mail, bills, statements, and important documents. This service helps reduce overwhelm, prevent missed deadlines, and create a clear, easy-to-maintain system.

What happens during this service:

  • Review and sort current mail
  • Identify action items vs. junk mail
  • Organize paperwork into simple categories
  • Help with online account setup if needed

Light Errand Runs – $25 flat fee per trip

An affordable option for quick errands such as local pharmacy pickup, prepaid grocery items pickup, post office/UPS drop-offs, or urgent needs that require an extra helping hand.

What happens during this service:

  • You tell us what needs to be picked up or dropped off
  • We handle the errand and confirm completion
  • Additional stops can be added for a small fee
  • Doorstep or kitchen drop-off — your choice

Additional Pricing Options and Terms

Service Packages (Bundle and Save)

  • Starter Package – 3 hours → $120 ($40/hr)
  • Essential Package – 6 hours → $210 ($35/hr)
  • Premium Package – 12 hours → $360 ($30/hr)


Hours can be used flexibly across tech support, mail organization, and light errands. Valid for 12 months from purchase.

How Packages Work

  1. Buy hours once.
  2. Book any covered service and we deduct time used (1‑hr minimum, then 15‑min increments).
  3. Mix & match: errands, tech help, bills/paperwork.
  4. Track balance: we can send monthly balance updates or after each visit (your choice).

Surcharges (where applicable)

  • Extra Stops: add $5/stop on the same trip; parking/toll fees billed at cost
  • Short Notice / Same‑Day: add $10/hr (based on availability)
  • Late Evening / Weekend Appointments: add $10/hr (special request based on availability)

Travel & Mileage

ENC Companion Care does not charge mileage fees within 20 miles of the Winterville city limits. For service locations beyond that, a travel fee of $0.70 per mile applies.

Payment

Billable time starts upon arrival at the pickup/first stop and ends at the final drop‑off. Payment is due at the time of service unless a prepaid package is purchased. Accepted payment methods include all debit and credit cards, cash, Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Gratuities are optional and appreciated.

Custom / Unique Requests

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes the support you need doesn’t fall under the options above. Perhaps it’s a one-time task, an unusual pickup/drop-off, or assistance with coordinating something special for your loved one. If you can describe it, we’ll do our best to find a solution.
